Welcome to The Phoenix Improv Festival |

 The Phoenix Improv Festival returns to downtown Phoenix this April with the support of the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture. We’re proud to announce that we will be returning to the Herberger Theater in downtown Phoenix. We look forward to hosting our visitors from around North America in one of the finest venues in Arizona. The Festival will feature mainstage performances at the Herberger on Friday and Saturday nights.
 Submissions are now open!
We are accepting applications for performances in the 2009 festival through November 22nd. We have a limited number of available slots this year, but are looking forward to bringing new talent to Arizona this year. For information on submitting your troupe, click here .  PIF Voted Reader's Choice
In its seven years, the Phoenix Improv Festival has grown from a small group of actors trying to explain what they were all about to, this year, taking over the Herberger Theater Center in downtown Phoenix for three days, attracting improv acts from around the country and showcasing a burgeoning number of local troupes.
